Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is one of the most sophisticated diagnostic imaging studies available today. MRI is completely painless and does not use any type of radiation. MRI images are formed by a combination of a strong magnetic field and radio waves. These imaging signals are sent to a computer to create 2 and 3 dimensional pictures of the body. The highest quality in imaging is offered with our 3T MRI machine in addition to proving comfort with the largest MRI opening available. For those patients that who are claustrophobic our high field Open MRI machine is available with the ambient experience. The Ambient experience allows you to customize the environment in the room to put you at ease.
